These terms apply to colibreliving.com. By using the site, you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't use the site.
These terms cover use of the website only. They do not govern the purchase of a share in any colibre property. That is set out in separate membership and co-ownership documentation, provided and signed separately.
The site gives general information about colibre and its properties. Nothing on it is an offer, a solicitation, or a binding commitment to sell a share in any property. No agreement comes into existence through the website.
Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Co-owning property has financial, tax and legal consequences that depend on your personal circumstances and country of residence. Take your own professional advice before making any decision.
We work to keep the site accurate and current. That said:
When you request a brochure, book a call, or contact us through the site, you provide personal data. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy. By submitting a form you confirm the details you give are accurate and that you are happy for us to contact you about colibre.
The colibre name and logo, and all text, photography, video, design and layout on this site, belong to colibre or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, or use any of it commercially without written permission.
The site includes embedded third party services, including scheduling and maps. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We also link to external sites we do not control and are not responsible for.
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on information published on it. This limitation does not apply where the loss results from intent or deliberate recklessness on our part, or where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the current one, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
